Central Park is an urban park in New York City which is located between the Upper West and Upper East Sides of Manhattan. Some interesting facts about the Park includes the famous opening segment of the popular television show – Friends.  The featured fountain was actually modelled after a real fountain which can be found in Central Park called Cherry Hill Fountain!  Visitors can take part in a multitude of activities in the park itself, including a horse drawn carriage ride. The Eiffel Tower is a Parisian landmark on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France.  The Tower was completed in 1889 and has managed to become one of the most recognizable monuments in the world.  Not only is the tower a stunning site to see – offering some breath-taking views, but for those who are looking for a stunning snap – just wait until night falls!  The Eiffel Tower is lit by a staggering 20’000 lightbulbs every night.  However, for those who want the whole experience, they can do so by taking the stairs or the lift.  Just keep in mind, it is 1665 steps to the top!

The Burj Khalifa is a mind-blowing skyscraper located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  The Burj Khalifa holds a multitude of records which includes Tallest building in the world, Tallest free-standing structure in the world and highest occupied floor in the world.  Visitors can take a break in a restaurant on the 122nd floor or experience incredible views and an exceptional gourmet experience in The Lounge which spreads across floors 152, 153 and 154.  The exterior of the building is as impressive as the interior with 26’000 hand-cut glass panels covering the entire building.  In fact – it takes three months to clean the exterior alone!

The Gardens by the Bay is a beautiful nature park which spans 101 hectares (250 acres) in the Central Region of Singapore.  The Gardens comprise of three distinct spaces over 101 hectares, which are known as Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden respectively.  The beauty of nature greets visitors in the Flower Dome which is set in the Bay South Gardens. The Flower Dome covers 1.28 hectares and is home to plants and flowers from five continents. This includes thousand-year-old olive trees, magnolias and orchids.  Next up is the Floral Fantasy, the second of the Gardens. Each of the four distinct zones in this garden takes inspiration from fairy tales and features cavernous spaces, dramatic driftwood sculptures and works of floral art.  Gardens by the Bay’s third conservatory is known as the Cloud Forest.  The cloud forest is a mist-filled landscape of rare vegetation and dramatic vistas. In this garden, Cloud Mountain towers out above the landscape.  Cloud Mountain is a 35-metre-tall structure which is veiled in mist and covered in lush vegetation.
